I have not purchased from this site and it sounds as though the product Sarah Nield bought was old stock. I have purchased and keep purchasing this YSL mascara as when it is perfect it is fantastic, not at all clumpy or horrible so try to give it another go - if you get a good one you will rate it

I have tried many mascaras and I found this one to be clumpy and horrible from day one, I have many better ones of a similar cost and some much much cheaper onces that have performed much better.
